Specifically, General Condition 22 regulates how Turtle Technology Limited and other communications provides are able to market and sell fixed line telephony services (including broadband) to customers. General Condition 23 regulates how Turtle Technology Limited and other communications provides are able to market and sell mobile telephony services.
Turtle Technology Limited is opposed to and does not condone mis-selling practices in the communications industry including but certainly not limited to misinformation, poorly communicated contract lengths, service charges, termination charges or moving services without explicit permission from the account holder by way of a formal order.
Turtle Technology Limited’s aim is to be compliant with all regulatory requirements and continually monitor service orders and sales behaviours to ensure compliance, adapting processes and procedures to ensure the business maintains compliance on an on-going basis .
